GL-class Mercedes Benz
The Mercedes GL-class is a full-size luxury crossover SUV. Their debut was in 2006 and they’re still in production. The first generation of the GL (X164) stopped its production last year (2012). It still keeps the look of the G-class but can carry up to 7 passengers. The GL is made for the US market but is still being sold in Europe.
The second generation (X166) was released when the first generation went out of production. Last year (2012) Mercedes surprised us all when they made a bigger version of the GL but weighed 100kg less! The GL63 AMG is a hand-built engine by AMG and pushes out an astonishing 557bhp.
